Shift & Pay — Privacy

Shift & Pay is developed by Juan Diego Urdaneta. The app records work shifts and estimates gross pay locally on your iPhone.

This policy covers the current pre-release build without advertising. Advertising and purchase disclosures will be updated before those features are released.

Information and storage

Shift dates, breaks, hourly rates, extras, notes and settings are stored on your device. The app does not send these records to developer-operated servers. It contains no advertising, analytics or third-party SDKs, and no account is required.

Optional reminders

With your permission, the app schedules a local reminder on this iPhone to finish an open shift. No push server or location tracking is used. Finishing or discarding the shift cancels its pending reminder. You can disable notifications in iPhone Settings. Reminders never close shifts automatically.

Sharing and backups

You can export records and backups with Apple’s share sheet. You choose the recipient or storage service, whose own privacy policy applies. Exported files are readable: keep them private. Device backups may include app records depending on your Apple settings. Restoring a backup keeps a local copy of the previous ledger, which can be exported from Settings.

Your choices

You can edit or delete shifts, export a backup or erase app data in Settings. Erasing app data also removes local pre-restore copies, but does not remove copies you previously exported or device backups.

Updates to this policy will be reflected in the date above. We will update disclosures before adding any data-collecting features.

Los turnos, tarifas y notas se guardan en tu iPhone, sin enviarlos a nuestros servidores. No hay publicidad, analítica ni cuenta de usuario. Tú eliges cuándo exportar. Los archivos exportados son legibles y deben guardarse en privado. Los respaldos del dispositivo dependen de tus ajustes de Apple. Puedes borrar los datos de la app desde Ajustes; las copias exportadas anteriormente permanecen bajo tu control.
